Brackish water/tap water treatment

The reverse osmosis system can effectively remove soluble pollutants such as nitrates, iron, and sulfates in water (TDS removal rate > 98%), solving the problem of diarrhea caused by water quality in newborn livestock. The system output water complies with the "NY 5027-2008 Livestock and Poultry Drinking Water Standard" to ensure the growth safety of young livestock.

Marine livestock water supply solution

The ship-borne seawater reverse osmosis system directly uses seawater to produce water, with a daily freshwater output of ≥20m³ (based on medium-sized transport ships). Compared with traditional water storage solutions, it can reduce load by 30% and significantly reduce fuel consumption. The system is equipped with a high-pressure pump energy recovery device, and the power consumption per ton of water is ≤3.2kWh.

Surface water purification system

Ultrafiltration + UV disinfection combined process is designed for river and lake water sources:

Ultrafiltration unit: 0.025μm hollow fiber membrane, colloid/bacteria retention rate > 99.9%

UV disinfector: 40mJ/cm² irradiation intensity, inactivates 99.99% of pathogens

Applicable to contaminated surface water with TDS < 500mg/L, especially to prevent livestock and poultry pathogens such as Legionella.

Independent UV disinfection system

Specialized 254nm UV lamp for water sources that have met the standards but have biological contamination risks. Can be integrated into drinking water pipes to destroy the DNA replication ability of microorganisms in real time. It is recommended to replace the lamp every 6 months to maintain sterilization efficiency.

Core challenges of the industry

Excessive nitrate in water sources (> 100mg/L) can cause hypoxia in livestock blood, and excessive TDS will reduce meat production by 12-17%. The combination of UV disinfector and membrane system can prevent the spread of 45 common livestock and poultry pathogens such as Escherichia coli.
