SAR reduction
Mechanism of soil damage caused by high SAR water quality
When the SAR value of irrigation water ([Na⁺]/√([Ca²⁺]+[Mg²⁺])) exceeds 10:
Osmotic inhibition: Sodium ions replace soil colloidal calcium and magnesium, resulting in dispersion of clay particles (water conductivity decreases by >70%)
Physiological drought: When the osmotic pressure of the soil solution is >0.3MPa, the water absorption of crop roots is blocked
Salt accumulation: Evaporation causes sodium salt to accumulate on the surface (annual salt accumulation can reach 2.7 tons/hectare)
Typical characteristics:
When EC>1.5dS/m and SAR>12, corn yield decreases by 40%
When the soil exchangeable sodium percentage (ESP) is >15%, compaction occurs
Reverse osmosis deep desalination process
System configuration:
RO membrane for brackish water (desalination rate ≥97%)
High-pressure pump group (working pressure 1.5-4.0MPa)
Intelligent flushing unit (anti-scaling self-cleaning)
Desalination efficiency:
Inlet water index Treatment effect
TDS 3000ppm effluent <100ppm
Na⁺ 850mg/L removal rate >98%
SAR 18 reduced to <3 (in line with GB 5084)
