Mechanical Accelerated Clarifier

The mechanical accelerated clarifier has the characteristics of small size and large water output. It belongs to the high-efficiency pool type and has a relatively strong adaptability to changes in raw water quality and water temperature. It is a structure that uses mechanical stirring to place coagulation, reaction and sedimentation in one pool for comprehensive treatment. Under the action of mechanical stirring, the suspended active sludge layer and the raw water with dosing increase the chance of particle collision and improve the coagulation effect. Inclined plates or inclined tube fillers can also be added to improve the sedimentation effect. The separated clean water rises and flows out through the water collection tank. The settled sludge part is then returned to the dosing raw water for mechanical mixing and reaction, and the part is discharged regularly after concentration. It has a stronger adaptability to changes in water volume and suspended matter concentration in the water than the clarifier, and the treatment effect is stable and the treatment efficiency is high. The mechanical accelerated clarifier is mainly composed of the first reaction chamber, the second reaction chamber and the separation chamber. In addition, there are water inlet and outlet systems, dosing systems, mud discharge systems and mechanical stirring and lifting systems. Accelerated clarifiers with a diameter of more than 6 meters must also be equipped with a mud scraper. Treatment scale: 200-2300m3/h
