XCF系列斜管沉淀池

斜管沉淀池是根据浅池沉淀理论设计出的一种高效组合式沉淀池：也统称为浅池沉淀池。 在沉降区域设置许多密集的斜管或斜板，使水中悬浮杂质在斜板或斜管中进行沉淀，水沿斜板或斜管上升流动，分离出的泥潼在重力作用下沿着斜板（管）向下滑至池底，再集中排出。 这种池子可以提高沉淀效率50-60%，在同一面积上可提高处理能力3-5倍。 可根据原废水的试验数据来设计不同流量的斜管沉淀器，使用时一般都要投加絮凝剂。 斜管沉淀净水法是在泥渣悬浮层上方安装倾角60度的斜管组件，便原水中的悬浮物、固体物经投加混凝剂后形成的絮体矾花，在斜管底侧表面积聚成薄泥层，依靠重力作用滑回泥渣悬浮层，继而沉入集泥斗。 由排泥管排入污泥池另行处理或综合利用。 上清液逐渐上升至集水管排出，可直接排放或回用。 
The inclined tube sedimentation tank is a highly efficient composite sedimentation tank designed based on the shallow tank sedimentation theory; it is also collectively referred to as a shallow tank sedimentation tank.  Densely packed inclined tubes or plates are installed in the sedimentation area, allowing the suspended impurities in the water to settle within the inclined plates or tubes. The water flows upward along the inclined plates or tubes, while the separated sludge slides down the plates (or tubes) to the bottom of the tank under the force of gravity and is then collectively discharged. This type of tank can increase sedimentation efficiency by 50-60% and enhance processing capacity by 3-5 times within the same area. Inclined tube sedimentation tanks can be designed for different flow rates based on experimental data from raw wastewater, and the use of flocculants is generally required during operation. The inclined tube water purification method involves installing inclined tube components at a 60-degree angle above the sludge suspension layer. The suspended solids and particles in the raw water form flocculated flocs after the addition of coagulants, which accumulate into a thin sludge layer on the bottom surface of the inclined tubes. The sludge then slides back into the sludge suspension layer under gravity and settles into the sludge collection hopper. The sludge is discharged through the sludge pipe into a sludge tank for further treatment or comprehensive utilization. The clarified water gradually rises and is discharged through the collection pipe, where it can be directly released or reused.
