原水经分配水箱进入过滤器,自上而下地过滤。 由于滤层不断截留进水中的悬浮物,滤层的水头损失逐渐增加,使得虹吸上升,管冲中的水位上升。 当水位上升进入虹吸辅助管内的水射器时,由于水力作用将虹管内的空气带走,形成负压。 当负压到达设计值时,便发生虹吸现象,此时水箱中的水自下而上地反洗而得以“再生”。 由于不断反洗滤层,水箱中水位下降至规定值时,虹吸作用被破坏,反洗结束,过滤装置又重新开始工作。
Raw water enters the filter through a distribution tank for downward filtration. As the filter bed continuously traps suspended solids from the influent water, the head loss across the filter bed gradually increases, causing the water level in the siphon riser tube to rise. When the rising water reaches the water ejector in the siphon auxiliary tube, hydraulic action removes air from the siphon, creating negative pressure. When the negative pressure reaches the design value, siphon effect occurs, allowing water from the tank to backwash from bottom to top, thereby realizing "regeneration". As the filter bed is continuously backwashed, the water level in the tank drops to the specified value, breaking the siphon effect and ending the backwashing process, and then the filtration unit resumes operation.
