LSF型螺旋式砂水分离器

LSF 型螺旋式砂水分离器用于污水处理厂沉砂池，将沉砂池排出的砂水混合液进行砂水分离。   
The LSF series spiral sand-water separator is utilized in the grit chambers of sewage treatment plants to separate sand and water from the mixture discharged by the grit chamber.

LSF 型砂水分离器由无轴螺旋、衬条、U 形槽、水箱、导流板和驱动装置等组成。    
The LSF series sand-water separator consists of a shaftless screw, lining strips, a U-shaped trough, a water tank, a baffle plate, and a driving device.

工作过程：砂水混合液分离器一端顶部输入水箱，混合液中重量较大的，如砂粒等，将沉积于U 形槽底部，在螺旋的推动下，砂粒沿斜置的U 形槽底提升，离开液面后继续推移一段距离。 在砂粒充分脱水后经排砂口卸至盛砂桶，而与砂分离出的水则从溢流口排出并输送至厂内进水池。      
Working process: The sand-water mixture is fed into the water tank from the top of one end. Heavier components, such as sand particles, settle at the bottom of the U-shaped trough. Driven by the spiral, the sand particles are lifted along the inclined base of the U-shaped trough and continue to move for a distance after leaving the liquid surface. After the sand particles are fully dewatered, they are discharged through the sand outlet into a collection bucket, while the separated water flows out through the overflow port and is directed to the inlet pool within the plant.
